My journey of third pregnancy PART III

Im in my last trimester now....how I wish that my life could be fast forwarded..how I wish I could skip these 2 months..

7months++
Back pain, thigh pain (this is the worse), the whole body aching, sleeping disorder...yeah..that was my routines nowadays...

8 months
Seriuosly, aku dah tak larat bebenor, rasa mcm dah over 9 months n tgh tgu masa je..pffttt..tapi reality got sebulan lebih lagi, sakit belakang yg amat, sakit kat peha yg amat..haisshhhh..body makin memberat, tak larat nak bawak diri sendiri dah..Tapi apakan daya I still have to go to work..maka bertabahlah...
First check up ngan Doc Anita, KPMC Kajang..First impression, she was ok..met my requirement lah..explanation ok, clear n pjg lebar..even better dgn my previous 2 org gynae before..scan baby n explain sume memang detail..So dah set tarikh utk operation tapi tak finalize..on week 37, kalau boleh aku nak on week 36 on the dot hehehe..tak larat wooooo...and turn out memang kena operate pon sebab, aku ada PP type 3, uri tutup separuh pintu rahim some more aku dah over 28 weeks, so peluang uri nak naik sgt nipis..pastu kedudukan baby yg melintang, aku tak terkejut sangat..sebab dulu Ichapon masa 8 bln dia songsang, dulu lagi siap rasa sedih bagai, nangis2 aku..tapi sekarang..langsung tak de rasa..hahaha..last sekali, sebab baby besor...ahhahaha, si Icha dulu kuar 3.67, si adik ni tak tau le berapa...
8 months and half..(34 weeks)
These are the worst months ever...unbearable back pain, sometimes rasa cam nak meletop je pinggang aku, kalo berjalan rasa cam perot je yg jalan, pastu ngan masalah tido yg kronik, tak boleh nak tido langsung..argghhhh...hasilnya esok kat opis pepagi aku dah menyembah keyboard..pffftttt..
Got latest addiction, tau apa?hidu bau air cond kat dalam bangunan..contohnya..kalau sampai opis, masuk je pintu lobby kat bawah tu, tarik napas dalam2...macam...wahhhhh...kemain best lagi bau aircond kat opis ni...lega rasanya..yg lagi best kalu dapat hidu aircond shopping mall, ni rasa cam heaven sgt2...hahaha..
 9 months
Akhirnya,tinggal tak sampai seminggu..can't wait..dok menghitung hari saja ni..back pain & sleepless night sangat2 teruk, so the operation date dah ditetapkan on 19 oct.Insyaallah.Moga di permudahkan.Amin.

SECOND TRIMESTER

4 months
I think this is the most difficult pregnancy for me so far..Already in the 4th month, but still loya2 n tekak rasa tak best tak kira masa..mood makan yg kelaut..tapi badan is getting bigger day by day..seriously i look like giant right now.Me and excessive weight gain, memang  x dapat dipisahkan during pregnancy..haihhh..ni baru 4 bulan,berat dah naik berkilo2..kalau 9 bulan nanti camne?haihhh..can't wait to pop out the baby..hope time will flies really,really fast for this time..this time pregnancy...hmmm...make me more anxious, more discomfort with my self..age factor perhaps?
Went to clinic for my second check up.The baby is fine.Still can't see the gender.According to doctor, the baby is still small..hehe..mama yg tak sabar to find out.We will know next month.There's a slight problem, but not too risky.Doctor said, My uri is a bit kebawah.so kena careful, sebab ia boleh menyebabkan bleeding..
I can feel the baby manja kicks since 4 1/2 month..wowww..this baby really impressed me..his development I think a wee bit fast..compared to his sis n bro, their first kick was after 5 months..

5 months
Mama still feeling dizzy n nausea..haihh..this time pregnancy make me feel soooooo lazy every time in everything I do...n it kinda slows me down (not only the movement but the thinking part) and mannnn...my body was heating all time..
I can't even consume obimin, sejak dah masuk trimester kedua ni, baru 3 kali je telan..last nite makan, tak boleh tido sebab tahan rasa nak muntoh..gotta take anaother supplement, have googled, vitalea from shaklee seems like the best supplement to replace obimin, gotta try this la..
Oh, my baby is sooo actively kicking around..
Another weird hobby during this time pregnancy ialah,to take selfie photo at office almost everyday...motip?ntah, aku pon tak tahu..saje je kot nak ukur perkembangan hidung sendiri..pfffttt..
5 1/2 months..2-3 hari rasa sangat sakit pinggang , macam ada sebeban kat belakang, duduk tak kena, berdiri tak kena, baring or sandar je ok, tu pon kena lapik bantal to feel better...
6/7..went to check up, really hoping that we can see the baby's gender today, but kuciwa...
Oh, I did the kencing manis test jugak, had to swallowed the air gula (thank god it was in ribena flavor) in one big gulp.senapas saja!
Kuciwa, baby's gender still x konfem..I thought the doctor yg tak pandai or malas nak scan..coz this was the second time, she keep saying the same thing, oh baby kecik lagi, tak nampak lagi..from the way she scan, I could tell, dia tak pandai sgt, scan pon gitu2 je..Tapi she did say that, tak nampak macam ada bebird, could be a girl, but tak confirm lagi, sebab tak nampak pon 3 line tu or macam burger ke apa...haihhh..takkan tak nampak, I'm already in week 23, masa Icha dulu tepat on week 20 aku gi scan, nampak clear..
6months++
Another week more to 7 months to be exact, I had my last check up with Klinik Jameaton..
Result Kencing manis ok, semuanya ok.Dah scan ngan Doc Jameaton sendiri, baru puas ati..and she confirmed that the baby is a girl..Alhamdullillah, kuciwa sikit sebab aku nak boy, tapi tak pe..aku terima je..
Alhamdullillah again, tahun ni puasa completed 29 hari..

I decided to write this time pregnancy journal since I am 2 months pregnant.By the time you were reading this(this is auto publish) hopefully I was safely delivered dah.Saje je nak tulis awal, compare ngan yg sebelum ni, aku recall balik n baru tulis entry..So banyak dah citer2 yg dah terlupa..

FIRST TRIMESTER

Early of pregnancy
I knew that I was pregnant as early at 3 weeks of pregnancy.It was unexpected, but aku terima je kalau itu dah rezeki.Alhamdulllillah.The day I knew that I was pregnant,time2 tu jugak my craving started.mengada2 bukan?Since then, I am expanding inch by inch..*sigh*

2 months
Only got mild morning sickness or alahan..hungry n hungry all the time..my weight increased..pffftttt..
Pagi cam biasa, struggling while brushed my teeth..Sensitive to stinking smell, sume org, sume tempat aku rasa busuk..petang pening sikit n loya..mulut rasa pahit, masam, payau..that's why mesti ada something dalam mulut aku..I hate my most favorite seafood, udang..bye udang, see you in a year time...But I love crab..
For lunch, I prefer rice with lauk2 kampung, ulam n sambal belacan..hari2 nasik, camne tak gemuk..Tak lalu minum susu, uwekkk, my fav milo+susu pon dah tak lalu ditekak...suka buah2an..Easy to fall asleep, after lunch mesti ada naptime..tak suka makan masakan sendiri or senang citer dah jadi pemalas..

Masa week ke 10, pergi check up n scan for the first time.Bukak buku merah kat Klinik Jameaton, Equine Park.Best klinik ni, doktor best n yg penting scanner canggih, bila scan nampak clear je..hahaha..
For the first time jugak aku rasa terharu, bile melihat ciptaan-Nya.Subhanallah.Tak penah aku lihat sbl ni bile scan anak2 aku yg lepas, at the stage of 2 months++, dah nampak bentuk dia.Dah siap keluar tangan kecik yg comel.Masa scan tu nampak tangan dia dok terkuis-kuis, dok pusing2 dalam perut aku..comelnya..

3 months
Nothing much on the third month..I still feel loya especially during night..my weight??dont ask..I am the giant in the making..*sigh*..Selera makan yg cerewet n huru-hara..Janganlah baby aku nanti sorang pemilih makan..
Oh, I've noticed a new alergy..my facial wash..setiap kali lepas cuci muka memang rasa nak muntah..current favorite food, daging & ikan..pastu buah anggur mesti ada stok dalam peti..

Persiapan bersalin part2

For Mama:
Tak banyak pon yg dibeli, ni jerr...

Socks (beli cap giant je baru rm1 sepasang hahaha), nursing bra kena beli, mternity pad, aku prefer pakai maternity pad during confinement, biasa beli brand pureen, ari tu time nak beli pureen takde, belasah je intimate pon,breast pad pon memang kena ada.New additional, tu haa, breast relief thermo pad..baru terpikir nak beli this time..sebabnya aku jenis2,3 ari pas bersalin memang dah kena bengkak susu..sakit yg amat ye..seingat aku, bersalin yg lepas aku lagi ingat n terasa sakit bengkak susu dari sakit lepas opret...dulu2 tuam ngan towel panas je..pasni kite cuba guna thermo pad ni pulak ok ke tak..nanti aku review ye..

Ubat2..NR phytonatal wajib beli, sebab i is sembelit time pantang, based on last experienced phyto natal ni sangat berkesan n membantu..Tablet Haruan beli sebab aku tak sanggup nak telan pati ikan haruan or air busuk longkang air gamat itttewww...

ooohhh, aku memang jenis tak pakai segala mak nenek param pilis ni, rimas n rasa tak selesa bila ianya kering n jatuh terabur.minyak tyt tu beli cadang nak sapu2 kat kaki..aku main beli je, ntah ok ke tak..kalu tak ok, pakai je minyak panas nak urut kaki..yg lagi 2 kotak tu beli ambik syarat je, losyen panas (mcmkan boleh kurus) hahaha, tak pe janji ado..

Lain2 takde, aku memang tak makan jamu, rempah herba mandian tu since aku tak buat dari first bersalin so aku malas nak beli..cuma masa bersalin Icha aku makan suplemen shaklee..cadangnya nak beli jugak satu set sume tu, tapi tunggu gaji oct ni..tak pe lambat sikit, aku makan suplemen tu pon after dah abis ubat doktor bagi..errrr, ada tak org makan pati prun inner shine waktu pantang, sebab aku rasa mcm nak makan tu ler..sebabnya kan ke pati tu kaya ngan vit c katanya..bersalin opret kan kena makan vit c byk2, vit c agen penyembuh luka..agak2 boleh ke?prun pon elok utk proses pembuangan..

Ha ni pulak my new breast pump...Dolu pakai avent manual, pon ok..tapi kannnn...gerammmnyaaaalahhhh, somi den bole plak pegi buang breatpump tu.huh!terpaksa beli baru...ahaksss..padahal memang suke beli kan?breast pump memang aku kena ada, wajib ada, sebab aku tend to kena luka kat nipple, so breast pump memang amat diperlukan..why pilih this brand?huh lama jugak aku pikir nak beli breatpump apa.considering faktor kewangan jugak.pikir punye pikir, survey punye survey, mcm2 brand yg aku nak beli..medela manual lah, spectra 3 lah, spectra dew lah, autumnz lah, modu lah, nuk lah, rumble tuff lah...lasttttt sekali aku decided to buy brand Unimom Allergo.Sebab?within budget not too expensive la, around 350++ je,boleh pakai letrik, boleh pakai rechargeable battery jugak n boleh convert to manual pump.Based on review baca kat intenet, ramai jugak yg puas ati..so lets try la..nanti ok ke tidok, aku review kat blog ye..

Persiapan bersalin part1

I just wrote down all the necessary things to buy on a piece of paper macam ni..

This time tak banyak sangat, maybe sebab dah 3rd time kan, so dah tau mana yg perlu beli or tak, plus ada barang2 abang kakak dia yg boleh pakai lagi, kite pakai je.Actually aku start beli barang2, lepas raya ari tu, tu pon dah 7months++..kalau yg sebelum2 ni,kemain excited baru pregnant tak sampai 5 bulan dah start beli barang..over nau...hehehe..tapi kali ni bukan sbb tak excited, sebab bagi laluan kat persiapan raya utk abang kakak dulu..
Nasib baik ada voucher sogo ni, jimat sikit duhet..time kasih ler kat moklong, sebab dia je yg rajin menyopping kat sogo selama ni, dapatlah merasa voucher ni..

For the baby:

Set tilam, tiap kali beranak mesti beli yg baru.yg lama ntah mana pegi.tungku baby first time beli, cute je..wet wipes, wajib beli...ambik je brand apa asal ada tulis paraben free(ntah apa paraben ni aku pon tak tau kihkihkih)

Baju bajan baru, tak sampai 15 pasang pon beli..rompers semua pakai yg abg kakak punye still elok lagi..mitten n sock kena beli baru sbb mostly dah tak boleh pakai.Thanks to moklong n moksu yg sponsor jugek..

Towel n handkerchief, ni pon tiap kali beranak mesti beli baru..swadle tu bila dah beli baru perasan, utk infant..takpela belasah je..

Body wash 2 in 1 with shampoo n baby oil.Kali ni try beli brand Bubchen plak.Sebelum2 ni belasah brand pureen je..mahal sikit, nasib beli time sale..

Ubatan - dulu aku taram pakai minyak yuyi je, tapi panas sikit la, kalu sapu kat perut baby, mcm ada ruam sikit.Ni aku nak cuba minyak telon, tapi x sure brand mana yg best, tu yg beli sampai 3..krim bepanthen tu memang elok utk rashes dan sebagainya.highly recommended.wajib beli.

Botol susu, aku memang cerewet nak pilih botol susu..dua2 anak aku pengguna tegar avent, sgt puas ati, anak pon puas ati..tapi kan, konon anak no 3 nak savy sikit, botol n puting avent mahal noks!satu lagi aku tak suke design avent punye botol kena pakai ring cap tu..design baru alahaiii...mahaiiinye, satu botol kecik dah dekat rm50.puting plak 2 bijik almost rm30.Bab beli botol ni aku cerewet tang botol tu, aku tak suke botol yg cepat hilang dia punye corak kat luar tu.Avent memang sgt puas ati, thn lasak n corak dia tak pudar even dh pakai n sterelize byk kali more than a year.Tu yg aku suka pasal Avent walaupon tahan je tengok design dia yg plain n membosankan tu.

So, lets try NUK plak.Ramai kawan2 aku yg pakai NUK ni ckp ok jugak, both bottle n teats.Yg penting ni ha, ada jaminan fade resistant printing.Mak suke...Tapi teats dia, macam kurang berkenan, yg paling small adalah 0-6 bulan, aku takut flow dia laju sgt for new born.tu pasal yg standby anakku punya teats.paling small 0-3 bulan.ok la.hopefully baby suka yg anakku, sebab murah satu hal n aku prefer teats silicon ...hehehe

Ok dah tu je for the baby..tak byk kan..for mom n breastfeed next entry lah ye..

Check up 8 months @ hospital

Finally, we chose KPMC Kajang, and hopefully we stick to this hospital until my delivery day.

Check up was last Wednesday, with Dr Anita ( As I read on the blog, she got lot of positive feedbacks from her past patients).
Indeed, she was a lovely doctor, and so far even after first time met her, aku puas ati..even better kot daripada gynae2 lain yg pernah aku berurusan sebelum ni.Explanation bagus, clear, apa yg kita tanya dia jawab panjang lebar..scan baby pon ok, explain pasal baby sume..so far so good..
So, whats up for 8 months check up??
I told Doc Anita, that I'm thinking to have elective ceasarian, due to my previous histories..She said ok, elective ceasarian ni boleh buat as long as u already had at least one time ceasarian before.
Lepas dah cerita lebih kurang pasal sejarah beranak yg lepas2, soal jawab itu ini,then time to scan..
Apparantly, turn out memang aku kena ceasar pon disebabkan perkara berikut;
1)Placenta Previa (Uri dibawah)
Kes PP ni, aku jenis type 3.FYI, PP ni ada 4 type..malas nak explain..plis google ye..hehe..
pendek citer, aku punye PP type 3.For those yg ada PP type 3 & 4 & which is over 28 weeks..memang kena operate..PP type 3 ni ialah Kedudukan uri yg separuh menutupi pintu rahim.PP type 4, uri yg tutup penuh pintu rahim.
2)Kedudukan baby melintang..hmmm..masa check up Icha 8 bulan dulu,kedudukan dia songsang, tapi scan masa 9 bulan dia dah pusing kepala ke bawah, tapi tulah, walaupon dah kebawah kepalanya, still masih jauh lagi dari pintu rahim...so, operatelah kite..
3)Baby besar ...tskkkk...tak tau nak cakap apa..dah omaknya besar, anak pon besar la..hehehe

So ari tu dah decide tarikh tapi tak finalized lagi..paling awal boleh beranak on week 37..Tapi ari tu lupe nak inform doctor,yg abangnye keluar on early of week 38, before that memang aku dah leaking air ketuban 2-3 hari dah..Kalau boleh buat on week 36 pon ok jugak..I is tak larat dah nak tunggu lama2..

Mengidam ini..

Dah lama aku teringin nak makan ni.Dari sebelum puasa lagi.Lupa nak suruh agen pencari makanan kat kampung carikan..dah abis raya manalah nak carikan..Ari tu masa pegi rumah lama kitaorg, terperasan kat bekas kuih tuan rumah tu ada ni, tapi segan la pulok nak makan2...dah le tetamu tak di undang, sudahnya telan ailio je..Tapi ada rezeki aku nampaknya, ari tu masa pegi breakfas kat foodcourt TH selborn bangunan seberang opis aku ni, ternampak akak gerai tu lelong kuih ni..Alhamdullillah...merasa jugak akhirnya...kalau tak kempunan aku..nanti kang anak aku ni sampai umor 3 tahun asek meleleh ailio cam abang dia dulu..Masa abang dia dulu, sampai 3 tahun ailio meleleh, tapi memang ada menda yg aku tak dapat makan sampai ke sudah time pregnantkan abang dulu...hehehe
Inilah kuihnye..

Agar-agar kering..dalam masa 2 hari abis aku kerjakan..

Indecisive

I'm on 8 months of pregnancy now!But help!Still can't decide which hopsital to pop the baby...*sigh*..why this time so hard la?
The previous two, were at Pusrawi KL.The hospital was ok.The service, hospitality and doctor, semuanya ok.The only part that is not ok ialah, the cost.If I have to undergo ceasarian, the cost might be more than 9k...phewwwwww*lap peluh*
Since this is the number third, and we think we need to be savvy a bit, we try to find a hospital yg agak2 sesuai ngan poket kami kali ni..

KPMC Puchong
I was so sure that I am going to deliver my baby kat sini.The cost is ok.Max for Ceasar is 7k.Survey punye survey, found out that there is only one female doctor je kat sini.Hospital a bit kecik la, but thats not a problem.Review on service on the net, 50-50.Some said ok, some said not ok.this hospital is under KIV..

FPP Putrajaya
This is the most one yg paling fit dengan our budget..review on the net was ok..but also only one female doctor je..before we start check up here, patient need to set appointment via telephone first..Tried many, many times to call the hospital, but kuciwa..semuanya tak berangkat..pfttttt..give up already!

HUKM Specialist centre
Again was so sure that I'm going to deliver here..Good reviews on the net, the only hospital that allows husband to be in OT while wifey undergo the operation..plus, masa pegi open house kawan somi, bini dia keje kat sini, and she recommended the hospital..not to mention the cost fit our budget..cost lebih kurang FPP Putrajaya je.then again, kuciwa...called the hospital to set the appointment, katanya doctor tak terima dah patient..besides there's only one female doctor left...*sigh*

Columbia Asia Puchong
Love the hospital (sebab hospital dia baru), found good reviews on the net, both for doctor n hospital..got female doctor and she is highly recommended, but the cost is....hmmmmm..not within our budget...*sobss*

KPMC Kajang
Cost is ok, within our budget, slightly far from our house..but my husband said ok..so ok lah...hospital dia agak besar compared to the one at Puchong..Reviews on the net 50-50.. Got two female doctors here,I already set the appointment with Doc Anita this Wednesday..hopefully the doctor is ok, lets pray that we stick to this one....

Kalau tak...pusrawi jugakla gamaknye....haishhhhhh

Before n After

Before raya - masa bulan puasa.Alhamdullillah, aku berjaya puasa sebulan penuh tak penah miss.Yg peliknya bulan puasa badan rasa ringan n bertenaga the whole day, walaupon time sahur cuma makan roti 2@3 keping ngan milo satu mug n kurma 3 bijik..takperlu amik supplement esp shaklee..hehehe
Serius badan aku masa bulan pose memang terasa ringan n jalan pon laju je..Pegi chekup, sepanjang bulan pose ni berat naik sekilo, ye SEKILO hoiiiiiii...pecah rekod..hahaha..suka mak, mcm nak lompat bintang je dalam klinik tu..
TAPI...ye tetapi tuan2 dan puan2..segalanya berubah sekelip mata 360 degree, starting from 1 syawal..
Mokcik melantak macam tak ingat doniaaaaaa.....dan hasilnya dalam masa 2 mingggu, hoiiii tak berani mokcik nak timbang berat, ngeri nak tengok jumlah terkumpul lemak mokcik...
Yg paling ketara, badan mokcik dah tak rasa ringan dah....rasa berattttt sangat, jalan pon kemain lembab cam siput sedut, tak daya nak bawak badan nih....perut tak yah cakaplah...besor mcm esok je nak meletopppp....padahal lagi 2 bulan..lagi 2 bulan argggggggghhhhhhh...stress mokcik macam ni, hari2 menghitung hari...
Ngeri nak tengok badan sendiri kat cermin, tak macam dugong, macam penguin pon ada..satu lagi, hidung ku sudah mengembang bak jambu air...huwaaaaa, lagi 2 bulan tak tahulah macam mana ropenya...

Wake up sleepy head!

Since pregnant aku mengalami sindrom asek mengantuk n suka tido.Nak2 lagi bulan pose ni, lagilah melampau-lampau acara tido berganti-ganti.Asek tido-bangun-tido-bangun..Sorrylah, but I can't help myself, mata ni mcm digam2 aje..Biasanya nap time aku around 11AM or 12PM...setiap ari okeh..yg herannya kat opis je, kalau ari cuti takde plak nak tertido time tu..
Macam tadi, mcm biasa dah abis buat keje, sume tengok jam dah 10:50 AM, mata pon dah bagi hint2..ntah bila aku tido pon aku tak sedar..kawan aku mai letak vitamin kat meja pon takleh nak angkat kepala..
aku tido tapi still boleh dengar keliling, tapi tak boleh nak bangun or angkat kepala, cam ne tu?tido2 ayamkah cenggitu?
Aku dengar bunyi2 bising org bergelak ketawa..aku bajet ooo, ni mesti dah pukul 2PM+++...dah tak lama dah nak balik ni...hihihi..sekali aku celik mata tgk jam kat laptop...ler ni baru 12.20PM...apesal aku rasa macam dah lama sangat aku tido, sekali baru pukul 12..pfttttt..
pastung sambungZZzzzZZZZ balik...hahaha..

I'm running out of my normal clothes to wear now (sebab badan mengembang)..So, finally I've to welcome back my M clothes into my closet..there you go...

what a dream I had

I was dreaming last night, that I have delivered my baby.the baby was premature.i gave birth to my baby when I was 6 month plus pregnant.the weird thing  was the baby wasn't placed at hospital in incubator like supposedly.  The baby was at home with me.and the saddest part was when he refused to breastfeed and the doctor said because of that, the baby wouldn't make it.what I remember about the baby was the baby skin was so fair.putih sangat2 compared to my previous babies.and he keep on smiling to me like he was't sick at all. I didn't know what was the ending coz my dream was cut off by my son's voice.he was calling me to make him milo.it was 2 am and  he still wide awake watching tv with his dad.pffttttt..

Expecting the number 3

I'm sooooo pregnant, now dah masuk week 11.At the age of 32, who knows I'm going to be a mother of three.32 not so young ya...energy level pon dah menurun.Anyway,Alhamdullilah.
My EDD will be on early November.

To those that are going to congratulate me, I'm thankful enough.But to those whom surrounded by negativity, I don't need your bitchy words..And to those that are going to say something like these;

"Eh, kesian anak kecik lagi mak dah mengandung balik"
"Eh, susahle beranak kecik ramai2"
"Eh, ko beranak ceasar ari tu, patut kena gap 5 tahun"
"Olololo, sian chacha, tak boleh cakap lagi nak dapat adik dah"

Ko Tuhan ke?Sibuk nak mengatur hidup aku.Cukup lah with my faith to Allah.Kalau dah di tentukan-Nya rezeki aku nak beranak 3 secepat ini, sapa ko nak mengata itu ini..Aku yakin He has the better plan for us.

FYI, My daughther will be 2 1/2 yrs when I deliver nanti.

FYI, apesal pulak aku nak malukan.Aku mengandung ada laki,bukan tak dak laki kiahhh oiiiii...

Nasib baik lah x-boss dah berambus..kalau x mesti ayat2 mcm ni akan keluar,buat rugi kompeni je beranak kerap..(He actually said that to my colleague before)..Cuba kalo dia ckp mcm ni kat aku, mau kena ludah ni..macamkan ko punye kompeni yek?Tapi tak taula kan boss baru ni mulut dia sama jahanam mcm mulut x-boss aku ke tak..

So kesimpulannya, kalau dengar berita kawan2 mengandung, just simply congratulate her dan doakan yg terbaik sudahlah.Bukankah itu satu perkhabaran yg baik (as long as kawan ko tu mengandung ada lakilah (kalau laki meninggal lain citerlah)).Jangan nak jadi nasik tambah sangatlah.Macam aku cakap, ko sapa nak judge hidup aku..

Journey of my 2nd pregnancy..

First Trimester
Nothing much happened during the first trimester, alahan biasa2 je...Masa kandungan 2&3 bulan, saya sgt2 tak suka minum air masak, rasanya air masak air yg paling tak sedap didunia...pastu bila tak minum air masak, masalah constipation pulak muncul..memang agak kronik jugak la. Constipation sampai la ke trimester ke-2.Pastu bila masuk bulan ke 3&4, saya kena migrain almost everyday...check bp, gula sume ok..ntah camne la boleh kena migrain..some said maybe sebab pembawaan bayi dalam kandungan...Pernah jatuh terlentang masa bulan ke-3, nasib baik takde apa2...

Second Trimester
Selain dari constipation dan migrain, masa bulan ke-5, saya kena athma attack dua kali..yg second time tu teruk jugak sampai kena masuk hospital....the rest of second trimester saya okay je...first time buat scan nak tahu jantina baby, masa bulan ke-5, tapi doktor tak berani nak konfemkan, but its look like a baby girl..hmmm...actually, saya dapat rasakan yg kali ni memang baby girl since my early pregnancy lagi....a mother's instinct...one more thing, berat badan tak naik mendadak macam my first pregnancy dulu, naik macam yg sepatutnya..lega mak...tapi that was my first thought...

Third Trimester
Masuk je third trimester ni, selera makan menjadi-jadi..pastu asek craving for something sweet je, kalo sehari tak makan makanan manis memang tak sah...kalo dah makan banyak tu of coursela beratpon bertambah...Masa check up 8 bulan, I was shocked and rasa sedih sangat sebab doktor inform yg kedudukan baby songsang..macam2 fikir...Tapi malam tu saya tak dapat nak tido sebab baby bergerak & berpusing dasyat sangat..agaknya dia tahu mama dia sedih dan susah hati, tu yg dia pusing siap2..next check up memang kedudukan baby dah normal...minggu2 terakhir kerap jugak kena buat CTG, sebab baby kurang bergerak..iyelah dah namanya besar ruang pun makin sempit, mana nak geraknya...3 minggu terakhir saya diserang resdung yg agak teruk..sampai nak tidopun susah...

Things I like during my pregnancy
- Makan benda manis, especially yg berasaskan chocolate
- Ayam especially KFC
- Put on makeup and perfume..that's explain the baby girl!
- Eat a lot of fruits..
- Craving for ketam, sanggup pegi try byk2 restoran just for ketam sampai la jumpa yg paling puas ati...
Things I hate during my pregnancy
- Tak suka udang dan sotong..sampai ketahap tak boleh telan dan muntah balik
- Ubat gigi, but have to brush my teethla...hehehe
- Vomit every single morning during my pregnancy, coz kena berus gigi hehehe
- shhhhh!dont tell my boss..this is my top secret...my boss is included in the things I hate...hehehe..
- Makanan & buah yg masam2...

P/S:harusla tempek gambo yg masa awal2 mengandung, kalo gambo yg dah akhir2 takut korang sume tergezut plak nengok saiz mak...hehehe

Guess,Guess,Guess

Mari kita berteka-teki..teka-teki apa?teka-teki apa gender baby saya nanti..hehehe..Last week saya ada buat 5 quizzess on the net, pasal baby gurl or boy la..guess what??All 5 quizzes I took showed the same result- I might have a gurl...hmmmm...tak kisah la gegerl or boboy..asalkan my baby nanti sihat & sempurna sifat..

3 + 1

Bukan nescafe 3+1 tu, maksud saya, our family is expanding..Sekarang dah bertiga, next year tambah lagi sorang...Hehehe...I'm confirmed 1 month pregnant...now, back to preggy mommy...Sekarang dah ada rasa geli2 kat tekak ni...Semoga Allah permudahkan kandungan saya kali ni, and hopefully no excessive weight gain cam dulu, fobia betul rasanya,lemak2 yg dulu belum hilang lagi ni nak tambah lelemak yg baru..Tanya doc, boleh ke kalo saya tak amik Obimin..sebab Obimin la nafsu makan saya bertambah2 (saya tak boleh makan apa2 vitamin nanti saya punya nafsu makan akan mencanak naiknya!betul, tak tipu..)Doc cakap, kena gantikan ngan Vit B complex...cam spital kerajaan bagi tu..mommies yg penah amik ubat spital kerajaan, apa yg doc spital kerajaan bagi...kalau boleh saya nak elakkan dari makan obimin...
mmm..dah pindah umah baru ni harusla cari klinik area sini untuk buat monthly check up..mommies yg tinggal area serdang, seri kembangan or bukit jalil, tahu tak mana klinik yg bagus for monthly checkup...I mean bagus dari segi facilities dia (taknak ler dpt komputer yg buruk, nak tgk scan baby pon susah, sampai terpaksa jegil2 mata ni, nak kasi nampak baby...huhuu) dan doc yg friendly and suka bagi explanation...kalau mommies yg lain tahu, share with me pleaseeeee...
Expected due date on 2nd of May 2011, harap sangat boleh on time, sebab 3/5 birth date Amirul Iddin...
sekarang ni asek dok pikir, what it's like being a mother of two ya?Mommies yg dah beranak 2,3 boleh tak share ngan saya apa rasanya ada 2 anak yg masih kecil..maksud nya anak 1st dgn anak 2nd tak jarak jauh...oooo..rasa lambat lagi nak sampai 9 bulan tu...tapi pejam celik sekarang kejap je rasanya..macam puasa ni la, hari dah masuk 20 hari....

P/S:tak sabar nak buat wishlist baby baru ni...

**Dah lama buat jurnal ni tapi baru berkesempatan untuk publish dalam blog sebagai kenangan first time pregnancy**

FIRST CHAPTER

This is something that I wanna share with all mommies & mommies to be..my journey and experience to become a mum.

It's positive

I was confirmed pregnant on 13/9/2009 (one day before fasting month) I remembered the day, the mixture feeling I had, not sure what it was..was it happy…worried…depressed..and most of it because I felt I was not ready to have a baby and to start a family yet…We just got married for a month, then I was shocked with this little surprised…

2 months pregnant

· My first checkup was done at Klinik Nur Aina at Wangsa Keramat.My baby still a peanut size..
· I heard his heart beating for the first time
· Sorry baby, mama still don’t have any feeling for you at this stage
· My morning sickness wasn’t so bad, I only puked in the morning (actually when I want to brush my teeth, couldn’t stand the smell & taste of toothpaste, but then…takkan la tak nak gosok gigi pulak!)
· My husband bought Anmum milk for preggy woman(satu tin besar tu)..so sweet okeh..but I couldn’t manage to drink that..at last, susu tu jadi keras and buang je..(my husband said, lepas ni jangan ngada2 nak susu lagi)

3 months pregnant

· 2nd check up still at Klinik Nur Aina, Wangsa Keramat. This was after Hari Raya
· The doc was shocked, so did I..I gained weight 6 kilos..Doc said that was excessive weight gain and I should watch my diet…normal weight gain during pregnancy is 2 kilos only..
· Not much of baby development, still so tiny but I could see his physical is formed
3 ½ months
· My right leg was swollen so bad (seriously, macam kaki gajah)
· Went to Klinik Nur Aina, the Doc was shocked too. That was rare case, usually pregnant woman got the swollen leg on at her third Trimester & she referred me to Hospital
· And yes, I gained another 2 kilos (OMG, within2 weeks?)

4 months pregnant
· Next checkup was done at Hospital Pantai Medical , Bangsar with Doc Idris.
· My baby physical is completely formed, so cute and he got me in tears..
· I started to love my baby..
· Got first pic of my baby in my womb
· I bought his first shirt (can’t wait coz baby’s stuffs are so damn cute, didn’t really care about all those pantang not to buy baby’s stuffs until you reach 7 months)

5 months pregnant
· Another checkup with Doc Idris, he announced that it is a boy.(as my hubby wish)
· Felt my baby first kick
· Yes, of course another kilos of weight gained

6 months pregnant
· My baby was fine, Doc Idris said when we went for the monthly check up – “anak awak sangat kuat, jantung dia berdegup macam kuda” and my hubby remembered the line until now..

7 months pregnant
· Nothing much happened, the baby was fine
· I thought my baby was being lazy, he didn’t move so much..

8 months pregnant
· One day, my baby stop moving..I was so damn worried..went to Hosp Pantai Medical for CTG
· Once I laid my body on bed for CTG, there he go..my baby started kicking around like mad
· Nurses there laughed at me, yelah..what should I do..I was so damn scared okeh, doesn’t matter my RM melayangpon, as long as my baby was ok..I couldn’t bear if anything happen to my baby
· Started to feel the fake contraction..sakit2 manja gitu..

9 months pregnant (36 weeks)
· Change Hospital to Hospital Pusrawi with Doc Habibah
· Started weekly check up, at this stage I really tak larat carrying my belly around..wish that he would pop out soon..

28th Apr 2008 @ 38 weeks
· Felt the contraction but not so heavy..went to see Doc Habibah for check up
· First time ‘kena jolok’(sorry, bad word ;))..sangat ngeri okeh..
· Doc said ‘jalan baru bukak ½ cm’,what????
· 29th -30th Apr@38 weeks
· Was given MC by doc, just stay at home
· Sempat lagi blender lada hitam, untuk bekalan dalam pantang
· I experienced small repetitive discharge, thought I was pee in pants..whoooppsss…

2nd May 2008@38 weeks
· It was Friday and I still went to work, I surprised my staff for being at office
· Told my friends at about my little experienced, they said it was my water leakage, oowwwh really ?and I should hurry to hospital…
· Went to see doc at office clinic, the doc advised me to go hospital, got MC and went straight to home, still hesitated
· 2pm after lunch, take a anap, woke up in the evening & still thinking
· Discussed with husband and we decided to go to hospital
· 6pm on the way to hospital, ehh wait, Friday got Pasar Malam at Sentul
· Dropped by at pasar malam bought Koew Tiaw and Tau Foo Fah
· Ate in car, sebab takut nurse tak kasi makan dalam ward..lagipon takut kempunan sebab lepas ni pantang 2 bulan
· @9pm – Dr Habibah did the check up on me, and confirmed that I had the water leakage
· Been induced (untuk cepat kan proses bersalin) and then started my long hours labour (almost 17hrs)

3rd May 2008
· @12 pm -The contraction began harder after Doc habibah broke my water and sakitnye……fuhhhh* to whom that ever experienced it saje yg tahu
· I couldn’t stand it any longer, in fact after my water broke, the path still open @4cm..but the labour pain was unbearable
· Yeahhh, epidural was my savior..everything ran smoothly after that
· And then sharp on 1457 hours my baby was safely delivered, welcome to the world my little hero!(when the nurse put my son on my chest, the first thing I did was counting his fingers…hehehe..nasib baik cukup 10!)

What I loved during my pregnancy…
· Eat, eat, eat, eat
· Baca Majalah Pa&Ma and tengok gambar baby (maklumla excited!)
· Listen to Nicole Scherzinger song, whatever you like..hehehe
· Cooking

What I hated during my pregnancy
· Prawn, it used to be my favorite seafood before pregnant..but during my pregnancy..I hated this little creature so damn much..
· Couldn’t stand the smell of Davidoff cool water Perfume, uwekkksss..busuknya
· Make up…it was a BIG NO..
· Toothpaste, scary!!
· The smell of Flat Taman Desa Muhibah (huh, really couldn’t stand the smell, sapa yg tinggal or penah tinggal mesti tau, tak boleh mention secara jelas, isu sensitive, kang tak pasal2 aku kena saman)
· Shower at night (sebab my neighbor once told, kalau mandi malam nanti bersalin ketuban darah

Foods/Drink that I craved
· Bubur Campur Kg Baru
· Air Kelapa
· Ketupat Sotong
· Yong Tau Foo @ Damai
· Apam Balik yg staff aku penah beli dekat Kg Baru (tak dapat sampai hari ni)
· Durian
· Nasi minyak
· Makanan org lain (hehehe)
· Mango juice made by Husband
· Nasi Lemak RM1
· All Chicken dishes
· Seafood steamboat
