Penyusuan susu ibu:milk booster

Lain orang, lain sumber makanan yg boleh dijadikan milk booster..Saya nak share beberapa makanan & minuman yg betul2 berkesan as a milk booster on me..



1. Lobak putih



Dimasak rebus & dimakan banyak2..nanti susu pun dah bau macam lobak putih ni...hehehe

2. Kurma



Saya kalo satu hari makan kurma banyak2, memang hasil tenusupon banyak..susu pon manis je macam manisnya kurma itu...heheheh

3. Fenugreek Instant Hot chocolate by Drs Choice


Minum air ni before tido, selalunya bangun pagi susu banyak..
4. Peria



Sometimes it works on me, sometimes not...tapi boleh la di consider sebagai milk booster..
