Alahai makcik

I was assisting my colleague who was a way on vacay, on his daily report.Which i think, I should assist, if not there might be other consequences (of not sending the report).The report is sent on daily basis to other department, which is more on helping them..
Pernah dulu, something happened, and they blamed us because of not sending the report , padahal memang dah sah2 hantar setiap hari.Obviously was their fault, tapi tak nak mengaku.Pernah jugak my colleague yg hantar report assisting my other colleague yg bercuti, and there was slightly mistake, tu diaaaa...kecoh sekampung...Silap sedikit, kemain kompang.Yg hari2 hantar on helping basis like kawan tolong kawan, never say thank you pon..
That happened to me today..The person in charge for this report from that department is a 'makcik'.I called her makcik because she is a veteran staff.There was a slightly mistake, satu je yg salah, yg lain aku check dah betul according to our database lah..tapi tulah, kemain kecoh..reply balik email n cc to all,kata aku salah hantar..apa salahnya kalau ko ignore je, tak payah nak kecoh2 sangat..It was a mistake once in a while je pon..Yg my colleague aku hantar report hari2 yg betul, ada ko say thanks ke sebab kiranya kiteorg dah tolong korang punye dept..Dah hantar report pon dah cukup bagus, kira nak tolong system ko yg kot2 ada tercicir tu..
I've actually had a meeting with this makcik long time ago, dia boleh cakap report yg kiteorg hantar ni menyusahkan n menambahkan lagi keje dia.Padahal report ni adalah utk menginform diaorg.Kalau nak ambik action proceed, kalau tak nak ignore jelah.Kalau tak hantar pulak, if something happened, pantas je tuding jari kat kiteorg..
And this makcik ni boleh pulak mengumpat my colleague yg tersalah hantar dulu (she did the mistake once), FMU tu asek hantar data salah je..and my colleague just standing right behind her.Tak taulah samada disengajakan supaya my colleague tu dengar.
And she like to membebel thats why me and my colleague dulu called her makcik.Very the makcik lah..

# Makcik lambat lagi ke nak pencen?ke nak tunggu sampai umur limit 60 tahun??
#Jarang sangat jumpa staff veteran yg boleh adapt dengan perubahan semasa, yg boleh berfikir mengikut arus semasa..instead they prefer to grow makcik n stuck behind n rasa dirinya betul je..jarang sangat or maybe takde kot?
