My Daily Diet Diary

I started my diet today...
Here are what I ate today...

Breakfast:
Bihun goreng - 294.2 kalori
Nesvita with oat - 117.4
Lunch:
Nasi putih - 166.5
Sayur - 20.5
Ayam masak merah - 81.6
Snack:
High Fibre low salt crackers - 210(makan banyak sebab lapar hujan2 nih)
Dinner:
Kebab Ayam -200.6
Fruits - 150
Tau foo fah - 240
Plain water:
3 litre (should drink more..)

Total Calorie intake:1480.8 (yeayy..mission accomplished even so closeee)

Tips;
Drink more water makes me asyik nak ke toilet aje...ni salah satu cara bersenam..hehehe..jarak daripada work station ke toilet tu jauh la jugak..so, banyak la sikit movement aku..tak le dok mengadap pc je kan..
