Ketam oh Ketam

Hehehe..Ketam is one of my favorite seafood...Selalunya kalau beli ketam aku akan masak Gulai lemak cili api aje..sebab itu je yg aku tau masak...
Tapi semalam, beli ketam husband yg masak.Dah boring makan masakan yg sama je, so semalam ubah selera sikit, masak Ketam bercili...tahniah pada en suami kerana berjaya memasak dengan bestnya sehingga menjilat jari..lain kali silalah masak lagi.Credit to Elida yg berkongsi resipinya di Mesra.Net.

Resepi Ketam Masak Cili

Bahan-Bahan:
1kg ketam bunga
serbuk kunyit
garam
myk untuk goreng

Bahan A;
cili kering(rendam & kisar)
bawang besar
bwg putih
1cm halia
1tagkai serai
Bahan B:
2tbsp sos tiram
3 tbsp sos cili
4tbsp sos tomato
garam n gula secukup rasa
Cara:
gaulkan ketam dgn kunyit & garam.Goreng kan ketam.Dgn mengunakan myk yg sama(myk mengoreng ketam). tumis bahan A hinga naik wangi. Masukan bhn B.Tumis hingga pecah minyak.Masukan ketam yg digoreng.kacau rata.SEDIA DI HIDANGKAN
P/S: Korang silala cuba resipi ni.Gerenti sodap punyeee
